What's Included?

You will pay less than in a hospital or birth center. Prenatal care, labor, delivery, and postpartum care are covered.

Prenatal Care - A well informed, individualized plan.

  • Expect one-on-one appointments once a month until 28 weeks, semimonthly until 36 weeks, and weekly visits until delivery.

  • Required labs are included. SneakPeek® available upon request.

  • Fetal assessments are completed at each appointment.

  • Personalized nutrition counseling is available.

  • Your 36 week home visit will include information on the required birth kit.

  • ​​Information on childbirth education courses and informed consent materials are supplied to support autonomous decisions for you and baby.

Labor and Delivery -Birthing your way, in the comfort of your own home.

  • A skilled midwife team trained in neonatal resuscitation & birth emergencies will be present with appropriate medical equipment. You choose your supporting birth team. 

  • Eat and drink whenever necessary in your own space.

  • Intermittent assessment of your baby available throughout labor.

  • Complete head-to-toe assessment of your newborn, immediate breastfeeding support, and postpartum instructions will be given. 

  • Water birth is an available option, and equipment is included.

Postpartum Follow Up - Six weeks of personalized care for mom and baby.

  • At-home care is provided Day 1 through Week 3. An office visit will only be required at Week 6. 

  • Day 1: CCHD diagnostic is offered, in-depth lactation support is available, and full assessment on mom and baby completed.

  • Day 3: Newborn Metabolic Panel is offered and full assessment on mom and baby completed.

  • Day 7: Weight check and full assessment on mom and baby completed.

  • Week 2 or 3: Lactation support follow up and full assessment on mom and baby completed.

  • Week 6 - Exit Postpartum: Full assessment of postpartum recovery, nursing, and family planning.
